Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. We ship from local warehouses to ensure your bike reaches you as quickly as possible.
What is the return policy for your products?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization before shipping the product back.
Do Fiido e-bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all Fiido e-bikes are covered by a 1-year limited warranty that includes the frame, battery, and motor against manufacturing defects.
What payment methods do you accept?

Are the bikes delivered fully assembled?
Fiido bikes are delivered 85% to 95% assembled. You will typically only need to install the pedals, front wheel, and handlebars using the toolkit provided in the box.
How do I maintain my e-bike battery for long-term use?
To maximize battery life, avoid letting the charge drop to 0% and store the battery in a cool, dry place. We recommend charging it at least once a month if not in use.
