At Fiido, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your high-performance electric bike. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated support team via the help portal with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the e-bike or accessory in its original factory packaging, ensuring all chargers, keys, tools, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized courier location; we recommend keeping your tracking number for real-time updates.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the product's condition and odometer reading, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
